New Year’s resolutions are notorious for only being worked on for a few weeks, and then never touched again. Yearly, we promise ourselves that this will be THE year, but how do we actually set goals and resolutions that work for the long-term? Set SMART goals
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. Goals must be accompanied by actionable steps you can measure and achieve within your means. It’s good to be ambitious, but learning to ground yourself is also important. It makes things less overwhelming as well! Keep yourself organized by setting schedules and milestones. Do it step-by-step, and before you know it, you’re already more than halfway through your goal.
