Chucky
Go as the favorite horror doll by wearing a sweater with red and white stripes and denim overalls. Bonus points for adding some of the cracks along your face, wearing an orange wig, or using blue contact lenses. Look for a fake knife (emphasis on fake) or make some with cardboard and paint and you’re good to go.
Georgie from IT
A little boy named Georgie played around with a paper boat, reaching a storm drain where Pennywise “The Dancing Clown” lurked. Pennywise bites off his arm and drags him inside—anyone who would see you would immediately be reminded of the horrifying events of the film (or the original novel). Throw on a yellow raincoat and bring around a red balloon, and a misshapen origami boat to the party. You could even bring someone with you dressed as Pennywise!
Coraline
Similar to Georgie, you could easily wear a yellow raincoat and a blue wig. Along with this, DIY some buttons over your eyes—preferably over glasses, or make the buttons themselves the glasses—to complete the look. Wednesday Addams
Wednesday’s child is full of woe, but maybe you can bring the woah! to the party when you dress up as this iconic Addams Family character. Put your hair in low braids, bring out a black dress and some black mary jane shoes. If you’d like to put on makeup, wear some foundation that’s a few shades lighter than your skin tone for a pale look like hers.
