SHIPPING TO THE US AND THE PHILIPPINES

We only offer shipping to the US through Shopify, and the Philippines through Shopee and Lazada.

We also offer shipping outside of the US on Amazon. Click here to check which countries Amazon can ship to.

DELAYS, LOSSES, AND MISSING ITEMS/PARCELS

Jelli Tech International is not liable for delays, losses, and/or missing parcels due to incorrect, incomplete, or vague delivery addresses placed during checkout. Ensure to indicate clear and complete billing and shipping addresses to avoid delays and complications to your order. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Jelli Tech International is not liable for additional costs the customer may incur related but not limited to: customs clearance, duties, and taxes other than those indicated upon checkout. By purchasing on our online store, you consent that packages shipped to your indicated delivery address may incur additional fees depending on local regulations in your destination country.

ORDER LEAD TIME

Jelli Tech International makes use of 3rd party logistics providers to deliver your order.
Order processing may take up to 2 business days from date of order.
Delivery may take up to 15 business days from date of shipment subject to public/non-working holidays at origin (HK), destination, and any hub/stopover locations necessary depending on appropriate routes to deliver to your indicated delivery address.
Lead times exclude delays due and complications due to incorrect and/or incomplete delivery addresses.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled nor refunded.
